Charis Brady

Born and raised in Kirkcaldy, I attended Balwearie High School where I secured Highers in Spanish, French, English, Religious, Moral & Philosophical Studies, History, and Modern Studies.

I went on to study at the University of Aberdeen from 2016 until graduating in 2020 with an Upper-class Seconds degree in History.

Education and teaching are long term passions of mine, and with this in mind I completed a TEFL qualification. Due to the ongoing pandemic, I’ve been unable to put this to use. The opportunity to be a part of this wonderful team of tutors arose and I was so thankful to accept.

I believe every single child has the potential to be brilliant, and that sometimes children need additional support to unlock that potential. That’s where I feel honoured to step in and bring that extra little bit of support.

With education being such a huge passion of mine, I am currently in the process of going back to university to complete a PGDE that will allow me to become a qualified schoolteacher.
